Martin was born and raised in Germany, but for 8 years now, he’s been a proud resident of Saint Simons Island. Martin is a certified Realtor & Broker and serves on the Board of Directors of the Golden Isles Association of Realtors. His professional and personal networks on Saint Simons are extensive, as is his ability to leverage those connections to create value for his clients.

Martin’s understanding of real estate markets, and his financial analysis toolset, are both remarkable and international in scope. He’s spent time living and investing in real estate markets in Georgia, Florida, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Germany. Martin also relies on his significant experience as a consultant for various international conglomerates, in both real estate and financial endeavors.

Fluent in English and German, he often represents clients with European roots. His innate ability to communicate, combined with an ability to objectively represent clients’ interests with an appreciation of fiduciary duties, are second to none.
