Atlanta native Jennie Kushner was born and bred with real estate in her blood.
She thrives on being a pivotal player in some of the most predominate and influential deals and new construction developments The South has recently seen.
Kushner is an accomplished New Construction Build & Sales On-Site Specialist as well as a refined resale list and buyers-side agent.
Kushner's vast exposure to multiple aspects of the business from a very young age has played a key role in her very impressive career.
Kushner's strategy to sales is simple: do the right thing, be a good person and work hard. Her motto has resulted in almost $40 million dollars of closed sales volume since January 2019.
An alumna of Holy Innocents' Episcopal School in Sandy Springs, Georgia, Kushner attended the University of Alabama where she majored in journalism.
Graduating on the dean's list, Kushner worked for the school and local newspapers through her college career. She was part of the Tuscaloosa News team who won a Pulitzer prize for their coverage of the devastating 2011 F4 tornado.
The Tuscaloosa tornado taught Kushner a pivotal lesson that has proven itself again in 2020 given the current state of affairs: Tragedy can equal triumph if you are creative and bold enough to see the gaps, attack and execute.
Upon graduation from Alabama, Kushner moved back to Atlanta where she had a short stint with Modern Luxury Magazine and ultimately took a position with Northside Woman Magazine as Fashion Editor-in-Chief.
Her ambition and appetite for challenge coupled with her competitive spirit and Expansive exposure to multiple arenas of business drove her to change career paths and get her real estate license at age 24.
Three short years later Kushner upped her credentials and got her broker's license at age 27, making her one of the youngest brokers in Atlanta's history to date.
Kushner boasts a strong resume of awards and accomplishments, however, she is the proudest of two.
Recognized as the top 5% in 2019 of Board of Realtors' Top Producer in volume and sales, this award reminds her of the heart, soul, blood sweat and tears she dedicated to herself, her team and her project.
In July this year it was Announced, she won 2020 Q2 Top Producer in both the volume and sales categories for New Construction Development.
This award is very special to Kushner as it is a representation of her creativity and extreme drive to succeed, dominate and reach the highest attainable point most deemed impossible during the toughest of times this country has seen: a pandemic coupled amongst other societal challenges.
When she's not working, Kushner is an avid artist who is known for her abstract acrylics on canvas. Her paintings hang in homes across the country and has participated in multiple exclusive invite-only judged- based art shows and events.
She grew up on a large horse farm in a town with one traffic light. She is thankful for her humbling roots and spends as much at her parents home as possible when her schedule allows.
In the Fall she is in Tuscaloosa cheering on her Alabama Crimson Tide Football Team. She is a volunteer at The Shepherd Center and truly believes with the right mindset success is always attainable.
