Stacy McLarty is an ambitious entrepreneur who began her career as a business owner at the early age of 21. She has educated herself in many arenas including the University of Georgia, the State University of West Georgia, as well as classes in Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta and Savannah.
Vacationing to the beautiful Goldes Isles eventually lured Stacy, her husband Bryan, two children Ember and Ryla, and their dog Murphy to become residents, and Stacy, along with her family, relocated to St. Simons Island in 2018.
Stacy specializes in seeing the hidden potential in homes, getting a buyer the best deals, and helping homeowners with visions of property improvement. Having a knack for remodels, revamps, and design, Stacy has been buying and flipping real estate for over 15 years. Her Saint Simons projects include a vacation rental and residences on East Beach, marsh front homes, and FLETC rentals.
When not working on a revamp project, buying and selling, or operating her own business, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She likes volunteering at St. Simons Elementary School, McCandless Community Leadership Award for tireless leadership and dedication to the community in her home town of Carrollton, GA.
