The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. $250/mo. condo fee covers insurance, maintenance, etc. of the facility. Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000. Each slip has a dock box (replacement is owner responsibility,) a power pedestal with 30 and 50 amp service as well a AC power, and a water connection. Max boat length allowed is 45' overall.
